1. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise ONLY

- Please contact us regarding reshipment of incorrect merchandise or damaged items. Call and speak to a Customer Service Representative “prior” to returning items to request authorization. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Failure to call can result in longer than usual processing times and/or lost merchandise.

NOTE:
All customers have a 30 day return/exchange period for DAMAGED or INCORRECT MERCHANDISE. In the event of an exchange, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us as well as the cost to reship the replacement order. Product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping charges. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for promotional or sale offers.

The items must be returned in resalable condition. Use original packaging and be sure they are laid flat. Exchange will be for same value of items purchased not necessarily the same quantity as some items cost more than others. Replacement product will not be shipped until the original product is returned. Shipping charges will be applied.

IF YOU ADHERE TO THE CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS AND APPLY THE MAGNET TO A COMPLETELY FLAT SURFACE ON YOUR VEHICLE, THE MAGNET WILL NOT FALL OFF. FLY OFFS CAN ONLY HAPPEN IF AIR COMES BETWEEN THE MAGNETIC SHEETING AND THE VEHICLE. PLACING A MAGNETIC SIGN OVER A CURVE, CREASE, BUMP, OR TRIM PIECE ON THE BODY OF THE VEHICLE COULD CREATE AN AIR POCKET, CAUSING THE MAGNET TO FLY OFF THE VEHICLE.
